Our experience is invaluable as it is not usually just a matter of simply accepting your order and sending a luggage rack. We need to be sure that the luggage rack you order will meet your requirements, and most importantly that it will correctly fit your car. Therefore we actively encourage all of our customers to email with their vehicle details (make, model and year), and their luggage rack requirements (permanent or removable design).

Remember to state your postcode so that we can quote an exact price inclusive of shipping.
If you are unsure about which model fits your car and need assistance, please email us at info@classic-accessories.co.uk You will need to include details of the make, model and year of your car, and overseas customers must also include the delivery address in order for us to calculate the shipping cost.
We will then email you an invoice which shows the total amount due, and invites you to a secure Stripe payment page. There you will be able to pay using either a credit card or a debit card. Alternatively you may request our bank details for a BACS/Faster Payment or IBAN/SEPA direct bank transfer.
We do not have access to your credit or debit card details, this information is encrypted and processed via secure servers at Stripe.
When you pay for your order by card, you will be connected to Stripe's secure servers and the secure padlock will appear in your browser window.
Once your order has been verified, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
When paying by card, we can only ship to an address that is the same as the cardholder's billing address. Orders or payments received without address confirmation will be reversed, and a full refund will be made to your card via Stripe.
Your luggage rack will be dispatched by the next business day, and you will receive notification of this by either email or SMS text.
Alternatively, UK customers may choose to make a payment by personal cheque or make a payment by bank transfer through the BACS or "fast payments" system. International customers may make a direct IBAN/SEPA or SWIFT payment by requesting our BIC and IBAN details. Please contact us for further details.
Please note that if payment is made by cheque, we will be unable to process your order until we have received cleared funds. We will ship to any worldwide address if payment has been made by cheque or bank transfer.
Please do not send cash.
